- Is your organization certified and recognized?
Yes, MaderoFrance is accredited by the DREETS Occitanie and QUALIOPI certified for its training courses.
This means that all our face-to-face and online training courses are officially recognized for their learning and teaching qualities.
Chafia, founder and head trainer of MaderoFrance, has trained in France and abroad with the best in their field in Maderotherapie and other draining and remodeling massage techniques (Vodder, Renata Franca, Bernardi, Yesotherapie, cupping massage, etc.).
As a practitioner and trainer for nearly 10 years, she has developed a multi-faceted approach, creating her own wellness, draining and reshaping massage protocols through effective teaching methods accessible to all, beginners and professionals alike.
- Do you accept CPF, OPCO, FRANCE TRAVAIL (formerly Pôle Emploi) and other funding?
CPF funding is no longer available until further notice.
You can apply for funding for your training course from your funding body (OPCO, FAFCEA, France Travail, etc.).

- Do you offer diploma or certificate courses?
There is no diploma or professional certification under French regulations for the massages offered (Maderotherapie, Drainage Lymphatique or Madero'Ice...).
We will issue you with a certificate of completion, certifying that you have successfully completed your online or face-to-face training.
- Are there discounts for multiple course purchases?
Yes, there are discounts if you book several online or face-to-face courses, and special offers for different periods.

- Do you train massage institutes, hotels, spas and others?
Yes, we train massage professionals, physiotherapists, osteopaths, nurses and other practitioners, as well as massage institutes, hotels and spas in France and abroad.

✓ O nline training
Comprising several hours of videos and written material, access to the online training platform provides you with all the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to start practicing with confidence and/or deepen your knowledge.
The quality of our online training courses is also recognized by QUALIOPI certification.
Subscription entitles you to unlimited access for 6 months with personalized logins. It is strictly forbidden to share your access to our online training platform or to share the content of this training. As this content is unique and protected, you may be liable to prosecution.
Furthermore, it is not possible to exchange online training for face-to-face training in the same or a different treatment.

✓ Face-to-face training
MaderoFrance organizes face-to-face training courses in France and abroad throughout the year.
They are open to everyone, with or without experience in the field of wellness massages, and enable you to acquire all the theoretical and practical knowledge you need to start practicing with confidence and/or deepen your knowledge.
The quality of our online training courses is also recognized by QUALIOPI certification.

Our kits and tools
The products and accessories sold by MaderoFrance are made in Colombia, in natural wood for Maderotherapie and in a mix of different metals for Ice Madero, by experienced professional craftsmen renowned for their expertise in this field.
We work together through a privileged relationship based on trust, which enables us to guarantee impeccable manufacturing quality and products.
- Can wooden tools break?
No, there's no reason why our tools should break for no particular reason.
However, as they are made of natural wood, they are not unbreakable and will eventually wear out with practice and use over time - that's all we hope for you ;-)
If a piece comes loose, simply use 100% wood glue for wooden parts, and Super Glue for metal parts.
Delivery and Returns
- We keep our products in stock at our premises in France, which means we can guarantee shipment within 24-48 hours.
Shipments are made by Colissimo with tracking, insurance and delivery against signature:
- Delivery Metropolitan France: 48h
- International and Overseas delivery: 4 to 8 working days
Delivery problems
Once your parcel has been picked up by the carrier (La Poste), it is under their responsibility.
In the event of a delivery problem, please contact La Poste with your Colissimo number and proof of identity.
To make a claim, you can visit your post office, call 3634 or make a claim online by clicking here.
Your tracking number has been sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. If you cannot find it, please contact us by email at [email protected].
-You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your products in the event of an error on our part or damaged tools received.
You must absolutely respect this legal deadline and return the items as you received them without having used them to be able to claim an exchange or refund.

- We accept credit card and Paypal payments on our website. You can also pay by bank transfer by contacting our customer service department at [email protected].

You can pay in several monthly instalments thanks to our various partners. You can make your choice on the training page or on the payment page.
Please note: payment in instalments represents a commitment on your part. You must ensure that you have sufficient funds to make the payments. Late or unpaid payments may result in additional charges and collection fees.
