Returns and Refunds Policy

Our "exchange and refund" guarantee lasts 14 days and begins as soon as we receive your order.
If 14 days have elapsed since receipt of your order, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
This guarantee applies in particular to the receipt of physical products that do not correspond to your order or the receipt of broken/damaged tools.
With regard to digital products, programs and online training, any purchase implies agreement and acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and consequently the waiver of the right of withdrawal concerning our digital content and/or products (waiver of the right of withdrawal for digital content supplied on an intangible medium whose execution has begun with your agreement https://www.service-public.fr/).

Returns are at the customer's expense, and must be sent by recorded delivery, either by Colissimo or via Mondial Relay to the following address:

As customer satisfaction is our priority, each request is studied on a case-by-case basis in order to find a solution that suits you within the limits of our possibilities.


Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days, depending on your bank in particular.

Late or missing refunds 

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Alternatively, contact your bank: there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Exchanges 

We will replace an item only if it is defective or damaged. 
However, you can send us your request for any other reason to [email protected] and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Exchanges only concern physical products and not online training.

Gifts

If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and was sent directly to you, we will need some information in order to process your request.

Shipping

To return a product, please contact us at [email protected].
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item, and you will receive a discount voucher of the same value after your return has been processed.

Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.

We therefore recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or take out delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
